  My second appt only with this office and they have both been running late by over 30 minutes and I was told that one of the provider usually takes a one week vacation every month which they don't have someone to cover for they just cancel or push out appointments. Now as if it couldn't get worse they have a mangy dog that is clearly not a service animal walking around the back office unattended that approached my sleeping baby in the stroller and growled at him. That is unacceptable and cannot be legal. I will be reporting this to the necessary companies. Beware if you have small infants, toddlers, and children's and have to bring them to your appointment.
