  Absolutely the worst managed place!
  Have never been there when an appointment was handled without some sort of issue.
  Scheduled an appointment last week only to find out after sitting there for 15 min that they are out of the vaccine I need.
  Scheduled appointment today but thought I should call to confirm they have vaccine in stock.
  Yes they have it "but the earliest you can come in is tomorrow." But I scheduled an appointment for today. "Yes but the website doesn't know what's happening here and we are short staffed."
