  My 'one star' is only for one experience with a manager...'Pearl'. She was extremely rude when the cashier summoned her because my coupon wouldn't scan. (She did end up honoring it because I was purchasing the correct item) She had said: "I think it's only for (a certain item) " and I said: "but, that's not what it says" and she replied: "I understand that! I'm talking to HER!" (The cashier) As a regular customer, I was completely taken aback. ALL other employees have always been extremely gracious and helpful.
