  After a year and half of frantically trying to get to classes within the ridiculous 5 minute grace period, I NEVER in my life as a client was I treated as poorly as I was on October 26th, 2017 at OTF Rancho. I was literally turned away from coming to class. I understand you have your 5 minute grace period, but I made it ON TIME and I was still not allowed because my spot was "filled"!! I was shown some ridiculous paperwork that my place is not guaranteed (which completely defeats the purpose of signing up), and then I was turned away from all the rest of the classes of the day because they had a waitlist!! As a business owner, my clients come first and foremost, and the girl at the front desk (Beth I think her name is) started dancing to the music in the gym when I told her I wanted to cancel my subscription. You all are not doing any of us a favor!! I am working mother with an 8 month year old trying my best, and I get treated as trash! For the price I am paying, and the length I have been there I expected so much more...
